Rev Fr Matthieu Dauchez is the Executive Director of Anak-TNK Foundation based in Manila. The Foundation runs programmes to care for former street children to rebuild their lives by providing nutrition and health care, education and protection until they are independent. It has more than 23 centres including one that caters to abandoned seniors. It also supports 3 slums with day-care centres.

Rev Fr Matthieu will speak on the Foundation and how much he has learnt and grown in his faith from helping the poorest of the poor and most vulnerable. He often shares how much joy that these former street children have given to him, and it continues to inspire him to serve God in his ministry.  Rev Fr Matthieu will share with us how we can find Jesus in our daily lives and the plentiful opportunities to be closer to God through charity and humanitarian work.

About ANAK-TnK

arrowVIEW MORE

ANAK-Tnk was founded in 1998 to support Manila’s most unfortunate children: those living in extreme poverty in the streets and in the slums of the capital city of the Philippines. Today, the foundation is run by Executive Director Father Matthieu Dauchez and Ms. Gloria Recio alongside a multidisciplinary team of local professionals. The foundation’s action and purpose are being supported outside the Philippines by branches operating on all continents under the supervision of Mr. Pascal Breton.

ANAK-Tnk focuses on areas such as Education, Nutrition, Health, and Protection for street children, child scavengers, slum children, and children with special needs.

ANAK-TnK is a member organisation of CHARIS.
