CMG is a community of healthcare professionals which aims to provide a Catholic network and fellowship for its members and encourages the ethical practice of science and medicine. CMG also assists in developing the health of communities in need and helps its members to live out their faith.
The Catholic Medical Guild of Singapore aims:
- To build a vibrant Catholic medical community.
- To be an authoritative voice and a reference point on bioethical issues.
- To provide medical services to the community.
Programmes and Activities
- Provide medical doctors for local free clinics
- Provide medical doctors for medical cover for nursing home
- Provide medical doctors for medical cover for events
- Organise health events for priests and religious such as health talks, health screenings, mask-fitting and flu vaccination
- Organise mission trips
